Under The Volcano - Houston

The restaurant was quite busy, so it took some time for our drinks to arrive, but they were absolutely excellent. Kudos to the bartender! All their specialty drinks are handcrafted. We tried a piña colada, a cucumber basil Ricky, and some ginger beer, along with Guinness and perhaps a few Lite Lites. WOW—they all tasted amazing! We celebrated New Year's here with my daughter and son-in-law. The place has a cozy vibe, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. We sat outside, enjoying the lovely cool weather. I definitely plan to come back!

REVIEW UPDATE DECEMBER 2023 Has it really been 5 years!!! Still the same great service, variety of spirits tequila!!! , tasty food, and the colorful clientele. A pure gem of a place. Wow. What nice staff. Frozen drinks are strong... Be warned... Two might get cha!!!

Best cocktail bar in Houston. This place has the best authentic decor and the most creative cocktails. The BUENOS AIRES is the best taco I have ever experienced in my life, everyone I take there agrees! An absolute gem! Highly recommend! The prices are reasonable and the location is prime.

If you have a couple and want to have drinks good food this is the place lovely place

Was my first time very nice atmosphere. bartender Alondra was awesome drinks made with freshly squeeze fruit. Buenos Aires taco was yummy , empanadas were yummy , tamales were legit. There was a reunion going on. Had some good eye candy.
