The Pho Fix - Houston

I was pleasantly surprised during one of my visits when I discovered an underground dining hall that was open. The restaurant offers a simple menu with several vegan options available. I decided to try the vegan pho and the vegan dip, and both dishes were delicious, particularly the flavorful broth.

This is definitely my top choice for vegan pho in Houston, even after trying every place in town. The vegetables are fresh and the broth is incredibly flavorful. They offer some unique touches that set them apart: 1. Fresh noodles! 2. Sate sauce (vegan!) 3. They serve the amazing nugget ice! Currently, they only have one vegan option, the Impossi Bowl (doesn't actually use Impossible meat), but the Chef mentioned they would consider adding more vegan options like spring rolls if more vegans visit.

Ever since I moved here, I have been searching for a good pho restaurant. Finally, I found it at Pho Fix! I have tried several pho places in the area but was not impressed until now. The pho at Pho Fix last week was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back!

Great vibe! I wanted to love this place so bad, but negative. I purchased the Supreme Bowl and honestly it tasted great! Unfortunately, it was too salty. Overly salty! If I were to nick pick, more noodles and better quality ones please! Plus side, they're doing it right using ox tail and beef bones to make they're broth, so thank you! Will I come back, unfortunately not.
