Taco Bell - Houston

The service at this restaurant is terrible. My friend ordered through the drive-thru tonight and we got everything chicken and a chicken quesadilla. However, everything was overcooked and the quesadilla was missing. We were very disappointed and will not be coming back. I advise anyone looking for a good meal to avoid this place.

The interior of the restaurant was clean, but there was a homeless person charging his phone and playing music loudly. There was also a woman asking for money. While the workers may not be able to control this, they should ask them to leave.

The food was delicious and served quickly by the friendly staff. Our order was accurate and the service was excellent. Despite being short-staffed on New Year's Eve, the staff took care of every customer with a smile.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars! the personal closes here the early everyday and refuses to serve customers. when they are open, what is never, they confuse my order! They are sloppy, untranslated and rude. my man went to pick me up when I was sick (he was there 3 hours before they closed) and they refused to serve him, ignored him and played vulgar rap music over the loudspeaker to leave him. I will never order here again!

This taco bell does not make the food right. The taco shell was supposed to be hard-toasted and it was like a soft taco. Second the cheese was so light you couldn't tell they put any on the burritos
