Subway - Houston

All Subway restaurants are great, but this one stands out. The night shift staff, particularly Mene, were incredibly friendly and professional. They really know how to take care of their customers. I thoroughly enjoyed my tuna sandwich!

The owner of this restaurant should be aware that I visited during a hectic lunch hour and was impressed by the exceptional and patient customer service provided by the two employees at the counter. There were two customers ahead of me who had multiple questions about the menu and required assistance due to disabilities. The staff was very attentive, taking the time to explain the menu items and guiding them in preparing their lunches as they wished. It was wonderful to witness such considerate treatment of all customers in this establishment. Well done!

This place showcases the best underground dining experience in Houston. The oven-roasted chicken was served piping hot right from the kitchen, with no need for the staff to ask if we wanted it heated. The team was incredibly friendly and collaborated seamlessly to ensure we had a great visit. Well done!
