Starbucks - Houston

I would normally give 5 stars but since their restrooms are not open due to covid 19 it leaves me to believe a more possible outbreak because a man can not wash their hands....my dad always raised me into knowing washing your hands is better than a sanitizer and sanitizers get kids drunk due to the alcohol content....not saying this starbucks isn't a good place to get coffee but I would rather them see this and fix the issues than try to save money and keep spreading a disease ..once the issues are fixed I will give a 5 star rating as I always do for Businesses because of my position in military and corporate affairs..stay safe, smart and vigilant world only smart people create a better society not lazy business owners

It's a little while since I last visited this place, but was glad to see Familiar Faces with the same enthusiasm as I remember earlier! I found the Cup selection to survive pleasantly and the service was extraordinary! Both Nicole (which treated my transactions) and my Barista were on the go with drinks suggestions and favorable supplements, as I tried something from the Beaten path. Nicole was a patient, informative and accommodating, All Qualities that will ensure a shortened period of time until my next visit! Kudos!

Rainy day! Clean environment, driving through the weather to the window is required. The awning helps to keep you dry. I ordered chocolate croissants (warmed) White chocolate coffee and espresso beans for later. Everything was nice. Server, polite. Visiting Starbucks is how to walk into my favorite reading room filled with knowledge wonders waiting to explore. Excuse me, I'm a poet in my heart

Worse location I do not recommended. I placed an order online and I have to wait more than 20 minutes in the drive thru because they have lock the door to go inside. The line move extremely slow. Of course no way to cancel my online order already placed and paid.... Very disappointed. Plus order online they are no done completely or correctly as that happen to the car in front too. So more waiting in the line for a coffee. If you want Satrbucks go to anothet location. This is for bow the worse location.

Friday December 2 at 12:25 I visit to Starbucks with my friend we were trying to order our drinks, because, we were trying to order them in a timely manner because we had somewhere to be, and when I asked the lady about the caramel crunch frappe, she proceeded to act like it didn?t exist, and then pronounce it in a different way as caramel ribbon crunch, as if not to know what I was talking about Upon other questions, she seemed disinterested, nonchalant, and quite rude as we were ordering. I?m very disappointed I come to the Starbucks quite a lot and the new employment they have higher is terrible and need to be reevaluate. Me and my friend did not even order we just proceeded to go to a different Starbucks, because ordering here just disgusted me, and all my existence.
