The Monday daily special was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and the owner also.

Great Peruvian beer. Meat was a little tough not flavorful. Empanadas were delicious

Service and food were fantastic. Will definitely return to try more dishes.

Located in the corner of a nondescript strip mall, Saldivias was simply exceptional. A business dinner for two, I was embarrassed to learn that Saldivias was nine years old (in this location), and I had never been. I had the entrana, my colleague had lamb and lentil soup. Feel free to surprise yourself with this fun gem....you will be glad you did.

I have visited this restaurant for both lunch and dinner, and had the same experience each time. It is a lovely, hidden gem of a family-owned restaurant with high-quality dishes and meats from Uruguayan cuisine. They also offer a nice selection of local wines.
