I had a great experience at this location. one of my favorites i’ve been to in houston! the hospitality is 10/10. the lady helping serve my table, shauna, was in training and i wouldn’t have even known it. she did amazing and i felt very taken care of. i love the staff here!

I ordered from curbside and after a brief wait, I got great service from the server, CECIA. She was friendly, courteous, and very polite...especially considering the fact that she had to make several trips to take my order, return for payment, then return again to bring my order. She kept a smile on her face and a good attitude, which I appreciated. I custom ordered 2 of their fish sandwiches, sweet potato fries, and added their fried parmesan Brussels sprouts after getting a recommendation from Cecia. The fish sandwiches were absolutely perfect! The fish was fresh, fried well, and delicious. The sweet potato fries were good, and the Brussels sprouts were very good, although I would have liked more parmesan on them. Overall I was a very pleasing culinary experience.

Can't go wrong with this location, great staff, creative burgers, and an endless amount of fries. Garlic fries all the way!

Karina always gives us the best service. She is generous and awesome! The burgers are great! We love their swirly mozzarella sticks! The main reason I will continue to come to this Red Robin is because of Karina's positive attitude!

Excellent service and I told the manager about the waiter who was great. Steak fries are good.
