Quattro - Four Seasons Hotel - Houston

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and the staff was fantastic!

We made a reservation for 3pm, but when we arrived, it took 30 minutes for someone to finally come and seat us. We had to ask three different people to help us. No one ever came to take our food or drink orders as promised on OpenTable. We had to go to the bar to order our drinks, and the prices were not worth it. Save your time and avoid this place.

The service was top-notch, the food and drinks were delicious, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The staff was friendly, the drinks were made, and delivered in a timely manner, and it was a great setting for an intimate get together. 

Disappointed. The virtual experience was not accurate, the staff was not knowledgeable of the equipment, and the equipment was not completely operational. Will not return.
