The customer service needs a lot of work. I wish people were more respectful and cheerful. Food was also okay.

The manager wanted to charge extra for the 13 piece wing dinner when everyone other Popeyes charges $13.99 for the same meal and the menu at this location clearly states the price at $13.99. They also make you pay extra to receive 2 sauces for the same meal when all other Popeyes automatically give you 2 sauces. Right is right and good customer service should always be provided . This Popey's is not doing either.

The cashier was professionally and perky! My food was hot and ready! I will definitely come back here!

Stopped by the drive-thru at the beginning of lunch rush. Everything was hot and fresh. The service was quick and smooth. There was different management this time as well.
