Apologies, but I don't have any photos to share. I ordered the in-app special which included 5 pieces of chicken, 2 sides (red beans and fries), and 2 biscuits. Firstly, the chicken pieces were unusually large. Secondly, the flavor of the chicken reminded me of dishwasher water. Popeyes used to have a distinctive taste that I no longer experience. As for the red beans and rice, it was mostly rice with just a bit of sauce and only a bean or two.

Drive-through service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious and servings were large.

Love that chicken.....They don't make sense they make chicken....

I did not get a chance to order. I saw the drive thru line was long, so I got out and went inside to the lobby. I stood there along with a few other people that had the same idea, and no one came to take our order. Everyone was working on the drive thru orders. I was very disappointed with the service. Maybe corporate needs to add a few more hours to their payroll. Especially on a Sunday.

Honest review here. You might as well order in the drive thru and then sit down inside. They favor the drive thru over their dine-in guests. I stood there waiting to place an order and observed more than 5 cars get their order. They knew I was standing there. Finally, 10 minutes later, someone took my order. I sat there another 10 minutes watching cars fly by the drive thru. Then the moment....a worker pulled the chicken from the golding tray. Put my sandwich together in less than a minute. It sat there while more drive-thru orders were made. Finally I got my sandwich, cup of slaw, and drink. I ordered cheese on the sandwich, no cheese.The new spicy sandwich was delicious. Beware it is another level of spicy compared to the other fast food spicy chicken.
