Papa Johns Pizza - Houston

I had a disappointing experience with my order, which was unexpectedly messed up. The staff during the PM shift were quite rude, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there.

Deanna works the phone for ordering is very nice. I told her, "I had only delivered three pizzas. they are the best pizzas I've had for a long time. I had pizza hat earlier and by far papa johns outweigh the competitors in the price, taste, toppings, etc. Moreover, the supplier is much better look! “ bye pizza hut

I ordered a few times filled crust and it's surprisingly good. just a bit expensive and they forget my parmesan and comminuted paprika so I can't order them anymore. the pizza is good in my previous experience.

Ghetto location! the driver comes to me and says he forgot my pizza and limo. brings me an ordered article. he says he'll get my order. offers me a random pizza. call the load and the girl who says I'm rude for the driver and it wasn't his fault. I just said that I get my pizza (what he offered him) I ask the girl for a refund and she tells me no. I put up and call back and the same girl answers. I'm asking for a manager, then a random girl on the phone will be the gm. (Remember, it's 9 o'clock on Friday) she refuses to give me a name or do something about it. then I hang up and talk to someone who claims to be manager. claims to give me a refund and will receive an email. of course there is no e-mail. avoid this ghetto site!

TERRIBLE customer service.They delivered the wrong pizza. I called to let them know, I was told someone would call right back.I called back 15 minutes later. They said they would send out a replacement ASAP. I called back 45 minutes later (2 hours after my original order) to cancel.I never received an apology. Neither staff member was apologetic or caring. I had to order from Dominos at 10p...
