The noise level was quite high. Some acoustical ceiling and wall panels would help to reduce the noise.
It took the waitress 20 minutes to offer drinks or water after we were seated.
Really bad service. Two of us were there for almost three hours. Server never came by. I had to ask if we could order. I had to ask for the check. Never refilled our drinks. This place has really gone downhill and will not be returning. The server got real nice when the check was dropped waiting for me to sign off on the tip. Over it!!
Bolognese and pizza were outstanding!! Noise level made it slightly difficult to converse. Server was wonderful!!!
