The new night manager is exceptionally helpful and considerate. He assisted another customer in placing their order at the kiosk and made sure that I received my order promptly.

I ordered and paid through the app for drive-thru service. When I arrived, I was instructed to pull up to the second window to place my order. The employee informed me that they were only serving breakfast and only accepting cash. When I asked about my payment that had already been deducted from my account, she said I needed to cancel the order. However, that's incorrect—you can't cancel an order once it's been placed. So, I ended up going to Whataburger instead, where they actually provided me with the food I ordered through their app. 24-hour service is not what it used to be! It was 4:45 a.m. when this happened.
