Mcdonald's - Houston

I haven't been to a McDonalds in 10+ years nand the one time I come, I end up spending over 20 minutes in a line (just to get to the DT speaker) and they don't have what I want... Then I was stuck in the Drive Thru for another 5 minutes. I tried again the next day arriving at 10:30 am and they STILL don't have the adult happy meals. The dining room was dirty too.

Why lie about your openings for coming in to the lobby? Closed at 10:10 because what? Not having a good night? Just doesn’t make sense.

Either get new management or close this Mac.Donald's down. They serve breakfast at 3 am . The employees are disrespectful and food is disgusting even for McDonald's

I came here tonight with my husband and kid. me and my daughter we were in the restroom. An employee was in the big stall and left without washing her hands. Please do not eat here. It’s disgusting. Black Lady with long blue acrylic nails. Gross.Going to corporate about this. Employees didn’t do anything but let her keep working the front.

Elizabeth at the drive thru window was rude. I have been a frequent customer for over 6 years. I I have never received such rude behavior from anyone there before. Elizabeth should not be working at the drive thru window. I was getting two coffees, tapped gently on window to let her know I did not want the bottom of the pot coffee. She rudely told me do not touch my window .I didn 't know she owned the McDonald 's and that was her window!!!! Young lady,please go get anger management immediately. That was scary. She wasn 't the owner. I will be writing the owner of the franchise.
