Mcdonald's - Houston

I know it's a privilege for a company to offer free meals. Very disappointing to be told by the manager I wasn't a veteran on Veteran's Day when I stopped at this location in Rice Village. I was in uniform, she asked for my ID and then proceeded to tell me I was not a Veteran according to McDonald's. Never had that happened especially in uniform. I wasn't going to argue just paid for my coffee and left. Over 20 years with deployments and I am not a Veteran... wow manager and owner of this McDonald's

Had the entire order wrong. My 2 kids were really disappointed on the night of 11/6/22. I will not be coming here again even though we have been loyal for the past 3 years. Management only shrugged and took no responsibility. I hope that there are changes that take place.

I arrived at 10:28 and entered my breakfast biscuit order in the kiosk bc they don’t have a Humaan to take your order. I tried to pay but it wanted a code and ask me to sign in then wouldn’t let me back out. I pushed assistance button. No one came then I heard they had stopped taking breakfast orders. I will now go to Buger King, Denny’s or Starbucks!

Great location and quality of food but service is lacking and this one is severely understaffedFood: 5/5

They are always pretty fast, especially the curbside it's one of the most efficient McDonald's I've been to.The fries tend to always be warm and nice and I don't think I have even had a problem with the order even though my husband and I go there often.
