Luby's - Houston

I went through drive thru.Everything seemed fine She repeated everything back to me. But when I get to window she says liver is almost finished cooking .She disappeared.i waited about 10 minutes with cars behind me. Finally she came back.But gave me wrong gravy;gave me a soggy roll,and plastic ware.U had told her didn't need. This location has been a problem before.Next time I go inside

The food was bland. The bread was hard as a rock. The cucumber salad was actually bell pepper salad, had 1 thin slice of cucumber. They forgot the gravy on my mashed potatoes. Overall it was horrible. Waste of money.

Food was good but the highlight of our visit was the service. The server helped me get my tray to the table. She offered to refill our drinks and checked on us several times. Her service and friendly conversation was a breath of fresh air.

I live way in Fresno and I love coming to this Lubys. Food is good and hot and the lady Ms. Dee is awesome. She kept refilling my tea and checking to see if I needed anything. Can't pronounce her real name so she said Ms Dee is fine. I really love her attitude within the customers. I will keep coming back to the great food and great workers who keep a smile on their faces.

Drive thru sux..bad customer service n rude. Had to get off in go inside..manager finally came up to retake my order..for the price the food wasn't worth it and not quality nor quality..I will not be coming back to such poor lack of attention to food and
