Liberty Kitchen Oyster - Houston

We have always visited this location and know it is the best. The oysters, champagne, and eggs on Sundays are a must-try and pair perfectly with the excellent bar selection.

There are plenty of options on the menu, featuring an assortment of trendy dishes that come with a hefty price tag. The atmosphere didn't stand out much either. I ordered a beer and a vodka soda with lime, while my wife had a salad.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and were impressed by the service, menu, and quality of the food. We were in a hurry, and they were able to accommodate our needs. I'm just curious as to why the restaurant wasn't busier.

I did not like my short rib omelette, however I did enjoy my wife's red velvet waffles and fried chicken. We were in a large group and our service was great by a very chipper and friendly server.
