Frenchy's Chicken - Houston

I was highly disappointed when I visited this restaurant. I had not had Frenchy's chicken in forever, and was excited to finally have it again after months. However, when I tried the chicken here, I found it fresh and hot, but the seasoning was bland and the oil tasted old. It did not compare to other Frenchy's locations I have been to in the past. Frenchy's is my go-to spot for chicken, so not getting the same quality I was expecting was disappointing. To confirm my own thoughts, I asked others for their opinions and they agreed with me. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

There was a black woman in the window who was very disrespectful and rude. Despite being respectful and polite towards her, she acted in an ugly and mean manner. You would expect someone older to be more cautious. Because of this experience, I have stopped going to the restaurant located in West Orem. I believe in supporting businesses, even black-owned ones, but they need to have people who represent their establishment in a better way.

Today, the employee at the restaurant was extremely rude to all customers. An elderly woman was trying to add a large green salad to her meal, but the worker rudely told her she would have to go back to the line and wait. The next customer in line kindly offered to buy and pay for the salad for the older lady, but the cashier did not apologize or acknowledge the situation. I am very disappointed by this experience. Although the fish was good, I do not plan on returning in the near future.

The best of the planet. the dame was so nice that she was kind, although she worked short.

This little place is a gem. The manager was very nice. The food was great. We will be returning.
