Frenchy's Chicken - Houston

I wasn't in a few years. In the area so decided to stop. Remember why I stopped coming. I don't know if the younger generation that only takes garbage! I've come to frenchy since I came to Yates in 96! They're not chicken wings, they're pigeons. And for 16.21 I have to eat in my car. Because the interior has been closed since COVID! And now I'm locked up! Never again!

The wait time was excessively long for no apparent reason, with 30 minutes spent in the drive-thru line, despite a limited menu. The chicken I ordered wasn't piping hot; it seemed like it had just come out of the fryer. I expected more from the original location on Scott St., as the previous location was much better than this one. I'm hopeful that the new site will open soon and have a more efficient system in place. Until then, I won't be returning, and I recommend others to think twice as well.

I waited a long time in the car major line, but once I got a chance to order my meal with FrauDomoniqie. She helped me with the menu had great customer service. I made my day much better, food was great. Y?all should adjust more as they, which actually needs the time to make your visit more convenient, instead of rushing to do. I'm definitely back.

Lastly, and most importantly, why is there no option for customers to order their food inside? Is that really too much to ask? It feels like you're treating your customers poorly, especially those from a struggling area, and that’s simply not fair. For better fried chicken, I recommend Mia's Table in Oberkirby or Grace's on Kirby. I would have considered coming back at similar prices, but this place, which is positioned as a gourmet restaurant, unfortunately treats its customers like they don’t matter.

The chicken no longer tastes as good as it used to. The cod was greasy, and they didn't provide condiments like they used to. Additionally, nobody answers the phone to take feedback. They've really lost their charm! After over 30 years of dining here, I won’t be returning. It's very disappointing!
