Bidrage med feedbackJust gonna give my honest review of this place. I was craving wings and saw this place sold some so I decided to give this place a shot. I decided to order honey bbq Wings, lemon pepper wings, gyro fries, and a chicken cheesesteak sandwich for a total of $60. The best thing from this order was by far the sandwich, it was delicious, definitely recommended, the wings on the other hand were some of the worst I've had. The did not taste fresh, super dry and kinda hard to chew. Kinda hard to bite the chicken off the bones. The sauces/ rub tasted great but the wings themselves were just bad. The wing itself wasn't hot in temperature but the sauce was which makes me believe the wings we're made earlier in the day. The fries were okay. The gyro meat and sauce was good but the fries kinda tasted like great value fries? All in all I would go back to this place for their sandwiches and to maybe try their pizza one day.
Went to this place a couple of weeks ago because I was craving a Philly, I walked in and no body was at the front counter and no customer. I waited for 1 minute and yelled out hello, is anyone here . No answer. I walked out disappointed. Will never visit Deens again, first time experience very bad customer experience.
Extremely SLOW service. I’m starting to believe it’s only one cook back there. I do Uber Eats and Door Dash and every time I come here the persons order is NEVER ready. I’ve also had to wait 20-25 minutes for ONE ORDER/ONE ITEM. One time waited 25 minutes for a burger and another time 30 minutes just for spaghetti and chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s different restaurants but they’re all coming out of one kitchen. They may need to hire some extra help in the kitchen to process online orders faster!
The food was BLAND. Like eating cardboard bland. Would not try again. Ordered a classic cheese steak (which I did not want, but hubby ordered the wrong one). Also ordered a large cheese pizza that barely had any sauce and the little sauce that was there tasted canned.
I'm done with this place. There's an 15% upcharge to order online and the past two times I've gone there, they claim that the order did not go through and they have to reset the system. End up waiting half an hour after ordering ahead of time AND paying extra. WTF? Get your act together.
