The service was very slow and many errors were made, including drinks in a dirty glass.

We have made a reservation through the open table as the restaurant had suggested when I called. when we arrived there, there was no server on the staff and there were 11 on our party. the bartender in the main hall had to go back and forth to take care of us, and he was wonderful. it would have been helpful to know when I called them and gave them date and time initially, they could have mentioned that they did not have server during the daytime. eating was in order, usually came cold, again, bc there were no waiting staff!

This place is great, always eat well and play so much fun!

I had a reservation but it took a while to get a table. The food is about $15 a meal, and takes about 30 minutes during peak time. The food tasted pretty good. The service was not that great. We had to ask multiple times to be given utensils and napkins, and the server accidentally threw away my friend's invisalign(We were luckily able to retrieve it from the trash).
