Darwin's Pub - Houston

During a previous visit for Comedy Wednesday, the bartender was taking orders, and I specifically asked about pizzas with real pepperoni. I tried to place an order online, but the website was incredibly confusing. I couldn't find the options for "real cheese" or "real pepperoni," and it was just a complete mess, compounded by my T-Mobile service cutting in and out. People were shouting, "Use the Wi-Fi!" but I have my reasons for avoiding public Wi-Fi. I have sensitive personal photos and financial documents that I prefer to keep secure, so I never log onto Wi-Fi unless I know it’s safe. Ultimately, I left and went to a different spot, where I had an amazing GOAT pizza at Pizzaros, which left me quite impressed with their New York-style pizza. I also noticed the kitchen wasn’t hidden away, which was a nice touch. I gave your place a chance, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. My grandmother always advised me that if you don't have anything nice to say, you shouldn't say anything at all. However, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by Darwin's. The restaurant is immaculate, the service is outstanding, and the food and drinks are truly exceptional. One of the partners, J.P., went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a wonderful experience. I highly recommend you visit this place and see for yourself!

Meek's Vegan Pizza is situated within a pub, and it serves some of the best vegan pizza I've ever tasted! The bar staff is extremely friendly, and there’s an impressive collection of wall art. There's plenty of seating available both indoors and on a shaded patio outside. Plus, there's free parking! Vegetarian options: They also offer vegan and gluten-free choices.

Went here on a night they had a drag show. Had lots of fun. Drinks were good and reasonably priced for the area. Staff was amazing. Wish there was more indoor seating but a minor issue for me but it is Texas and it do be hot lol.

Great bartenders, great a/c, and love the atmosphere!
