Cicis - Houston

I took my daughter there just before 6:00 PM on a Thursday, and it wasn't crowded at all. They had a wide selection of options. The food was decent. However, the game area left a bit to be desired, as several games were out of order. Despite that, I would consider returning.

The food was delicious, and the service was great, but the highlight of our visit was an older gentleman who was bussing tables. He constantly wore a smile, checked in on us throughout the evening, and attended to our needs with genuine care. He truly deserves a raise! I wish I had remembered his name to commend the manager on his exceptional service and professionalism, but we were in a hurry. Thank you, sir, for making our experience so wonderful!
