Bidrage med feedbackThe dining room is like a Whataburger. The old dining room had ambience and class. The food was good as usual. Service was average.
The reservation was not in the system so we waited for a table. when we sat, we were told that we couldn't order. We were there a little over an hour in total and then let us eat somewhere else. If they had informed us, they would not have taken orders, we would have just left when we arrived; I don't understand why they had to wait for us to sit before they told us we were unable to order.
Host was incredibly rude for guests and reservations was said no matter. We waited for seats 45 minutes after the review, although at any time there were about a dozen open tables. The service lasted another 2 hours to get the meal once sitting. Ten minutes for a greeting, another ten for a drink. Food was good
The computer was down and made the service terrible. That's it. The waiters tried but couldn't stop. Tickets were on board paper. You must have a backup plan, it was terrible.
First, we waited a long time, because apparently they had no tables set up for 4 people on Valentine's day. (Not sure why... after all, they knew it was a reservation for 4). Then, the service was horrible. It took forever to order. And then we waited for silverware. I also never managed to get a refill my drink. The final straw was that my steak was well-done, even though I ordered rare. However, the waiter never came back, so I couldn't even tell anyone about it. All in all, a horrible experience. Not at all what I expected from Churrasco's, and certainly not for the price we paid.
