Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

I put an order through eats. they had left our driver waiting there for over 30 minutes and then told the driver that they forgot the order! my driver was so nice that he was the middle person while I told him to complain for me, because chipotle would not answer my calls!

Good food, but these idiots cannot make a correct delivery order to save their lives. More likely to screw up the order than any other place I frequent. I tired of the mistakes. Today I got someone else's order entirely. I'm done.

January 17th, my fiance' and I walked into this completely empty restaurant around 6PM. Knowing what we wanted, we approached the front counter however NOBODY acknowledged that we were there. I counted 6 employees working at the time and NOT ONE person made eye contact or acknowledged that we were even there. PLEASE DO BETTER!!

I we would give it a 5 but the wait is always long not sure if its the days I pick to go. Other than that they are always packed with to go orders.... so our neighborhood loves Chipotle ? ?

I've been going to Chipotle for easily over a decade, I tell them I'm vegetarian and usually a worker changes their gloves and continues working. However, this was the first time I had someone instruct the staff to wipe the entire counter, clean the handles of all the serving utensils, and wash their hands. I'm very much appreciated of Rubin and the stellar customer service!!
