Chick-fil-a - Houston

I have no complaints about this chain when it comes to their sandwiches; they consistently offer fresh food. However, this was the first time I had the fries, and they were quite disappointing. They didn’t have the usual crispiness and seemed either overcooked or undercooked, falling apart easily. Be prepared for a bit of a wait during lunchtime, usually around 20-25 minutes!

The location has changed; now only patients and visitors are permitted.

Order online, and waited about an hour before the descent when I heard one of the staff announced a 53 minutes wait from then. I went, and when I got back the notification, my order was ready, it was over 2.5 hours since I first ordered.

The menu is very limited they do not sell combos. They sell everything single I bought a spicy chicken sandwich and a bottle of Diet Coke $7. They don’t have the full menu all sandwiches are already made and are jn the big black chick fila bag. Only one person was helping the customers. You cannot scan ur chick fila app at this location.
