Buffalo Wild Wings - Houston

Decent place to watch the game and get wings. service can be slow on game day with the crowds. it took over 40min to get our wings at around 2pm and the fries came out overdone 10 min after that. the wings were pretty good but the service was slow without any hussle. parking was difficult even with most other businesses closed on Sunday.

Everyone here is rude. Friday night empty not busy at all been waiting for about 40+ minutes! Ridiculous I ordered with enough time to drive over here for my food. What is the point of take out if we still have to wait the same amount of time as the dine in or even more?!Update: received maybe half of my fries…

Probably my most unsatisfying dining experience I had. This was my first time ever trying out BWW and I wasn't impressed with what they offered. The service was decent but I have noticed they are completely understaff as one of the waiter had to clean up multiple tables, but nobody was in their booth checking us in. So we had to wait a while for the waiter to clean up. We did had to wait for approximately 5 minutes. But the place had a weird odor and the cleanliness was down bad.Now despite their focus on cleaning up the tables where we were sitting, I would have to say that they didn't do a decent job of doing that as there were some trash left at the floor and even a used up headwear in the floor right next to where we sat. I'm surprised they didn't noticed it. Additionally the menu was too used up and covered with dried up sauce from the previous customer. It was really unsanitary that I almost lost appetite and was even close to inform that we need to leave. But it was late so it's best that we stay and hope for the best. Also, the staffs who worked there was quite a liability due to the slowness of serving our drinks, despite the emptiness of the establishment(we waited 10 minutes) and the food process was even slower(additional 35 minutes). In other words, we were not being attended. And even if we called them, they ignored us. Our experience with the customer service was really mediocre. But let's talk about the food.All of us ordered the wings, with different sauce and some ordered sides. My opinion with the wings(teriyaki wings) was not bad but I didn't expect the sauce to be spicy and the chicken itself was bland. The sauce didnt really help either to combat the dryness of the chicken. I tried out one of the sides that my friends ordered and it tasted bland almost like it came out from a microwave. Half of our group wasnt able to complete their dinner. If you never tried BWW, it's basically a restaurant serving mediocre quality bar food.Overall, it's just not worth it unless you're coming to this establishment for convenience. But with the location of this BWW, there are a lot of better options.I don't reccomend this establishment due to poor cleanliness, inefficient customer service, and poor food quality.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. There’s no reason it should take nearly an hour for wings and fries for a party of two. The waitress didn't even check on us after we ordered food. We even finished our beverages before the food arrived and did not get a refill until right before we left. After over 30 minutes of waiting I finally asked her if our food was coming and she said it was “coming right out.” It did not come for another 15 minutes. Also my order was wrong but I was so hungry I didn't even feel like sending it back. Don’t waste your time coming here.

How do you confuse an online order so terrible?! Drove home and sat down. Had a bite anyway and it tastes like it was drowned in the salt. I ordered a burger with pepper jack without pickles and beautified onions instead of I have hotdogs rolls, cheddar cheese, no onions and tons pickles. Food: 1/5
