I ordered my Thanksgiving meal online for picking up from the Willowbrook site. I was asked to wait for my turn. I waited for a while when I was not called, but the people who came after me got their food. When I checked the stewards, they said they couldn't find mine. I notice that a package on the floor has been kicked by everyone and when I asked them if that was mine. You checked and yes. I told them it was so unfair that they treated me like that. They just ignored me and when I came home and checked on the Mac and cheese, it was opened and someone had taken part of it and water added. It was so disgusting that I had to throw it. The quality of their meals is so bad. I'll never get my food from them.

THEY SKIMMPED ON THE PORTIONS... I ordered 3 sides: mac& cheese and they were filled less than 3/4 of the container. First encounter and maybe it was a new employee.. ?Principal: Paid for contents sold in volume and did not meet standards.

I see this is a on going problem where they lock the door because they are not prepared. I have seen more than 10 people walk to the door. Whoever owns this location your employees are losing you money

The chicken was delicious today! Hot and fresh out of the roaster with really good flavor.Food: 4/5
