Spuntino - HOUNSLOW

Cool Americana diner, bit of a respite from the chaos of the terminal. I ordered gluten free toast with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, black coffee and a mimosa. All excellent. All of my dishes came on three separate plates and not very hot. The eggs were perfectly cooked. Plenty of food- portions were big enough to share if you have a regular sized appetite. Thank you to whoever posted the menu so I could decide on my order before arriving.

Great gluten-free breakfast! They had me read their allergy statement before seating me and then gave me a tablet to pick my allergy, and it showed all the things I could eat. Then they seated me and took our order. Service was fast. Overall a very pleasant start to my day of flying.

They have an allergy menu and it’s quite nice. There is a possibility of contamination as I believe they toast all their bread together. But it was very good.

Perfect gluten free breakfast, a nice choice and the best care taken to make sure it’s safe.

Staff was incredible. This place made me feel super safe, especially while eating at the airport. I told them a normal menu for my husband and gluten free menu for myself. They had an iPad and made sure to show me what items were GF and confirmed at least 3 more times that I was celiac.
