Rally's Hamburgers - Houma

2 cars in line at 11:43, including me. Took 7 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. Would've left but was blocked in. Then didn't get fries with my order. Not worried about the fries but every time I go there, the service is horrible

I ordered the barbecue chicken wings and the actual BBQ chicken wings skin was fatty. I think the skin should have been crispy and then had the barbecue sauce added to it. The BBQ taste was wonderful. The fries were excellent. This is a drive-thru only location. So you don't have to worry about wheelchair accessible.

I wait at the walk up window for maybe 30 seconds to order my food for lunch. The employee is very nice well groomed. I get my food in less than a minute plus freshly hot.

How you got to a burger restaurant and get a burger get home and NO MEAT!?! The building on the out side needs a new face lift it the drive thru window was broken glass falling off! I went two times in one week and they also forgot fries thank god I asked before pulling off! All around don?t think my family and I will be going back! For as much service they had they could do better!

Good food but only 1 line available and slow. But awesome food.
