Mcdonald's - Houma

I walked in the restaurant and there was no one in line ahead of me and only 1 car in the drive thru. There were 3 female employees no doing anything but talking amongst themselves. Now all 3 employees made eye contact with me but not one of themmade an attempt to take my order so I walked out. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. The absence of customer serviceis ridiculous

I only visit for the iced tea. I get really disappointed when they don't have lemon available, or when they say that the lemon slicer is broken. Seriously? It just feels lazy.

I had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning soon. Keep up the excellent service!

I visited the drive-thru twice to pick up some items for myself and my parents. Unfortunately, both times they forgot to include some of our order. The second time was particularly frustrating because I thought they had finished and was too tired to ask for the missing items.

Not worth 0 stars. Only way I can write my review. It was 6:30 am no lines at all in drive thru nor any customers inside. The Manger told me rudely to hold on when I was trying to make my order cut me off and said I said you need to hold on 15 minslater waiting in drive thru I decided to pull up at window and asked little girl at drive thru what was the problem I 'm waitingfor. She shrugged and said her manager told her not to take order and I can hear manager running her mouth. I preceding to makemy order at window pulled up at second window where the manager actually was. When I got there she then took off to back ofrestaurant.
