Bidrage med feedbackI recently purchased the decaf pods. They exploded in my machine. I can attach images if you will allow it. When I sent the information to the company they offered me a certificate, not even sure for how much. I asked for a refund and they ignored the request. I would like my $15 back. It is not much, I get that, so why can't you refund the money? Here's the response... Hello, Thank you for choosing Community Coffee! I purchased the XL Mochassippi. I added a mocha flavor. An extra shot and with all the works. The presentation was 5 Stars. Then I took my 1st sip. I am very pleased. It was delicious! I now drive out of my normal route to go get in line at CC's for my favorite drink.
Been drinking Community Coffee since I was a teenager ,will be told what size cup I have to buy. 12oz is all I ever get they decide to go with larger to hell with community.
Have been drinking Community all my life but was a little disappointed with the single serve cups. I have two Keurig brewers and have noticed that the Community K-Cups leave coffee grounds in the cup and I have to fish them out to drink my coffee. My daughter bought me some Folgers Black Silk and I tried that. No grounds in the cup but not my Community taste. It would be nice if they can remedy this, I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Very polite staff. Excellent customer service provided. Much better atmosphere than the other coffee house that is over priced. Plus it is a local Louisiana business.
