La Maison Florent - Houlgate

The classic bakery is part of a small local chain but with bread of a quality equivalent to a traditional. Local specialties such as Norman cake, a sort of sapphire with apple and cinnamon butter.

The tradition stick is a pleasure. She's very crispy and mellow. We took sandwiches, they were fresh, hearty and very good. The baker even offered us to make one if we did not find one that we loved (because we arrived late) what we can only appreciate. The pastries we tasted were good. Pastry is a little less good than the rest, but they are visually attractive. Nice and helpful staff. And the perfect rates.

Very satisfied I am present only this weekend for a wedding, but the cashier welcomed me very well with a coffee, a very good chocolate bread and a cafard more than exceptional but accustomed to the Parisian bakery still full of the only negative point is the lack of pastry at the opening (at least empty store at 7:45 am) but not to be concerned it does not affect my note and

Clean bakery, top service and I appreciate all their traditions! The pastries are delicious and very copyy especially the pepito. I recommend the eyes closed.

I come regularly to make purchases in this bakery. Because the products are good. On the other hand, the waitress is not at all kind. I allow myself to say it after having to make the same waitress several times. The waitress in the air constantly annoyed, not happy to be here, ect She serves a new client even before having finished cashing the previous one, and then doesn't say good-bye to her. Worse yet, when asked to make a toasted tuna in a tradition, she refuses to say that there is no more tuna or tradition and that there is a ham baguette sandwich to consume... okay to fight waste... but it's a shame because it's more like fainting... and it's not very commercial. In conclusion, I still recommend this bakery for the quality of these products.
