Saddleback - Hotchkiss

I'm glad Saddleback's back! I enjoyed the eggplant dish, spaghetti, Elch Chili and Desserts. I'm happy to eat there again. The ambience is also very pleasant and you can watch the kitchen staff (Chef Rick) that boils a storm in the kitchen.

We love Saddleback. Rick and Karen have worked miracles to make the place beautiful and welcoming. Chef Rick offers some delicious dinner options. Tonight we had the lime cake for the desert. Yum!

What an absolute hidden jewel in Hotchkiss. Food is amazing. I'm so glad to have found Saddleback and will be back soon.

The seat was wonderful. You have live music at night. Dr. Mary played at night. Had a good place at the bar. The people who work were very knowledgeable about the product. And they have Key Lime Pie for it. Come in and look at it.

By far the best restaurant in the area. The menu is short but each choice is excellent. Portions are generous. Prices are quite fair for this level of quality. The salmon is a real wild fish rather than some bioengineered object. Everything from the salad through the main course to the dessert was spot on. Service was friendly, efficient and not obtrusive. I wish this place a long life so I can keep coming back.
