The Big Chill - Hot Springs

This is the best bar in Hot Springs! I have been coming here since it opened. Gina has expanded the space by adding a top-notch non-smoking room, made entirely of cedar wood so it doesn't smell like smoke once you leave. As a non-smoker, it's usually difficult for me to stay in bars, but I can easily spend a whole night here in a relaxed atmosphere. It's a great place to hang out and listen to music. Gina supports different types of music, so you never know what you might hear, but it's always good. Some younger people who have left negative reviews don't know what they're talking about. This is truly the best place, check it out and see for yourself.

The bartenders are fantastic! They have a good menu of cocktails and a nice variety of beers. There is a live band upstairs and a live DJ downstairs. The space is cozy but vibrant, with a great atmosphere. There is a $5 cover fee on Fridays and Saturdays.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. The waitress always greets you by name and remembers your drink order. They have the best music in the city and attract a classy clientele. The bar has a cozy and safe atmosphere. Two thumbs up!

The atmosphere and the aesthetic is great! very comfortable seating, friendly staff, pool staff. the music was not the best all the time, but it wasn't bad at all! we had very happy and would definitely recommend our family of friends! will come back soon!

I was unexpectedly hit in the head twice by another customer while on the dance floor at The Big Chill. Despite asking for assistance from security and staff to call the police, no action was taken. I ended up having to call the police myself, only to find out that the staff were reluctant to involve law enforcement due to reporting requirements to Arkansas Beverage Control. The manager, Blake, finally acknowledged the incident, stating that it was captured on camera. This lack of response speaks volumes about the establishment.
