Kfc - Hot Springs

I did pickup but they made me walk in, if I'd had known they wouldn't bring it out I wouldn't have ordered on line and do drive through. Gravy was everywhere in my bag because they didn't close the lids good????

Good food, didn't get my whole order. I was told to wait by double doors due to fries needing to cook. Waited like 15 minute got the food. And it didn't even have the fries in it. The gave us Mac n cheese instead. But it was hot and tasty.

I placed a drive-through order, and everything was very hot and fresh. The staff were polite and friendly.

The chicken was tough and barely warm. It was so hard that it hurt my gums to chew. The only fresh items were the biscuit and corn. We've made numerous attempts to contact this restaurant, but the phone numbers are incorrect.

We ordered an 8-piece crispy chicken dinner, but instead received original chicken, and my chicken thigh was undercooked. I tried to call for assistance, but didn't get a response. You would expect a decent meal for $28.11, but think again before choosing this place. The chicken was tasteless and had a rubbery texture.
