Diablos Tacos Mezcal - Hot Springs

Diablos never disappoints!! Drinks were great and the food was even better. I visit those in Little Rock quite often, so it's safe to say their Hot Springs location is just as good! Patio area was on a beautiful day and the food is amazing. We held this time before the races to have a few drinks and have lunch and all satisfied with full stomach. We will definitely return here on future trips to the spa town!

Enjoy a Sunday with my family of 4. Service was friendly, at a good pace, with the server recommended drinks and dishes. The flights Taco and Margarita were fantastic. I would definitely go back based on those alone. Hubby enjoyed his chicken and chorizo, and the children liked both the nachos and Quesadilla. Nachos presentation was really neatly baked in a coffee can. Something about your ordinary fat Mexican food in town. We need to check if the weather allowed on the terrace.

Don't expect Tex-mex. Food was really good and tasteful. We ordered tacos (highly recommended to try the pork bell taco), chicken with chorizo and cheese and margaritas on the rocks. The service was fast and the food was delicious.

Food is Excellent, but the waitstaff made it even better. They were super busy so the manager (Anna) stepped in and helped out. She and John were both great. Will definitely be back.

I always prefer when the waiters are Hispanic but that's just personal preference. It didn't seam like the waitress knew their menu very well and couldn't really give any recommendations. She had a little bit of an attitude that got annoying and they weren't the most attentive. The food was ok. I really disliked the tortillas, they were so thick and raw. The nopalitos are literally nopalitos (the pickled cactus) and not fresh cooked cactus, the chorizo is pretty bland too. We got the margarita flight which was decent, they didn't ask about the tequila options though. The mezcal and tequila menu is huge!! They even had a couple of drinks that I had never heard of before! We didn't get to try those though, we weren't thrilled with the actual service.
