Tonita Grill - Horten

This restaurant serves the best kebabs in the city. The food and service both scored a 4 out of 5, while the atmosphere was rated a 3 out of 5.

Since hiring a new driver, this restaurant has really gone downhill. It was a complete disaster trying to place an order upon arrival. I received a notification about my order in about 20 minutes, but ended up waiting much longer than that. Customers on the phone were receiving priority over those waiting in the store. The staff even yelled at a Foodora courier who was trying to deliver food to a customer. The prices on the posters, including drinks, were clearly incorrect as drinks were not included in the prices displayed. The service was poor, and the food was mediocre at best. I would give the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
