The man working the store was very kind and gave me recommendations on how to help my inflamed jaw from a surgery I had.

Cash customer, store has no change lol. Then they're out of larges. Then the guy makes the smoothie and it has no flavor at all, worst planet smoothie I've ever had. Never once had an issue at Doylestown or Newtown, Horsham is a joke

Ordered a smoothie via doordash and they cancelled my order 20 minutes after I placed it saying they were closed in the middle of the day. Completely unprofessional

Excellent customer service, above and beyond to assist. Generous portions and great taste.

I stop at least once a week for a smoothie. The staff is wonderful and I would give each of them a 5 star rating! However, almost every time I go, the store is out of one of the main ingredients. Monday, they were out of bananas.Today they were out of peanut butter. I'd be more understanding if this was the exception, not the rule. Not a way to run a business!
