I just enjoyed a fantastic Sunday roast with lots of veggies and gravy at this restaurant. The staff was very attentive and I definitely recommend a visit here. I will be returning for sure.

After hearing rave reviews from friends about the roast dinner at this restaurant, I decided to check it out myself. I can confirm that the praise was well-deserved. The roast I had was not only generous in portion size, but also incredibly delicious. I couldn't find a single fault with any aspect of my meal, and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the landlord was quite attractive. I highly recommend this place.

We had a delicious Sunday lunch with all the traditional accompaniments and plenty of gravy. And if that wasn't enough, there were crumbles and treacle sponges for dessert, along with custard. For those who prefer lighter options, there were other choices available. The service was friendly and efficient. This restaurant is our go-to choice for a great meal.

Local pub for local people proper local pub for beers etc trying to attract people for the food offering pretty basic food but was ok and filled a gap. Beer not well kept and pretty flat.

We came to celebrate a friend’s birthday for Sunday lunch. There was a party of 8 of us. The food was served in a timely fashion and it was delicious. Lovely and hot. Fab roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and great vegetables cooked to perfection. Good portion sizes.
