We would like to thank Savino and his team for a very pleasant lunchtime visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the menu had delicious choices. We enjoyed the fresh scallops and octopus with squid paste, along with the excellent selection of beer and wine. Despite not living nearby, we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great experience.

Sat with a group of people for lunch, quite challenging to care for sabino and his staff. the menu is presented with unusual foods varied, beautifully cooked and very attractive. the personal is charming and well managed. the whole experience was very pleasant and we will definitely return. thanks, sabino.

Our experience is so unsurpassed by other reviews. the manager is a pleasant guy, his team is also nice, but the inexperience/experience was remarkable. we thought that was a restaurant service, the prices and the menu suggest, but the experience does not. we would have made a reservation, announced to us at the bar and ordered drinks, then we sat at the table. mins later a team member comes by with menus, for our party and apologises that they have no more (the pub is not busy, not in the inner anyway, I wonder if the unexpected burst of the early sun had occupied the garden and catches it shortly). mins later, no one has returned to take our order, so we hike up to the bar. later no food arrived and no one stopped at our table to update, so we go to ask. when the food finally arrived, we were all super hungry, but not even that could compensate the mediocrity of the dishes, each of them. we have finished eating, some teller half full, and have waited. No one came, we noticed that there was a series of other tables with their finished tellers sitting on their tables, so we decided to pull on a clean table and went back into the bar to find help. we should have given up, but we didn't order it, dessert and coffee. and then we had to go to the cash to pay the bill. no question how our meal was. really disappointing experience.

Last night we visited here, as we are here and have heard that eating is a high standard. we were often in summer months for drinks in the inner and in the garden. of us including two teenage sons- our. foods were absolutely delicious. I had small plate-fishing and chips, which was a very generous part. the others had chicken schnitzelburger, who were really delicious and my son had the special kaninchenkuchen. the food was hot and delicious. service was great and we will be back soon. well done red lyon.

I’ve visited a few times lately and the staff are friendly, the food is great and it is good value. The only issues I’ve ever had have been on a couple of Sundays, but they were minor and resolved quickly and I understand it was...very busy. The team really seem to care about looking after you.
