The food cannot be faulted, great flavours and plenty of it. Just please get front of house sorted out i was quizzed 3 times about a reservation i had made by phone (answering service despite the fact they only had 2 reservations written down and were not busy (why the fuss? . Also we were quizzed unnecessarily several times by can I remove this empty bottle etc??? The ‘manageress’ who took the order was pushy

Went in and order a curry they said okay and went off and served someone else and then went off and did something else and then answered the phone and then stood around. Chatting 19 minutes later !!!! and ignored me very unorganised

Fantastic meal and great authentic experience with great fusion of tastes. We've been so excited about what the George would turn into. An Indian restaurant is great for us and differentiates from the plough and the white hart.

Booked in for a night . The single room was small and the furniture was peeling . There was a small tv fixed to the wall that you would have to stand up to watch .There was no cup and the utensils were sparse . The bedding was sub standard .The worse thing was the smell .When I requested a change due to the smell they told me they had no room available . I got the feeling they were not willing to give me a bigger room as the place wasent that busy

Great evening with the family Friday night fabulous food and service. The fòod was spot on. Thanks to the staff x Great food. Nice to have a great pub with an Indian locally. Well done.
