Panda House Chinese Take-away - Horsham

We frequently order takeout from Panda House due to their deliciously cooked dishes, with our favorite being the chicken chow mein and beef chow mein. This time, we decided to try something different and ordered two beef chow mein and one beef and mushrooms chow mein. While the order was confirmed over the phone, when we opened the containers, two of the dishes were incorrect. Upon contacting the restaurant to clarify the situation, the staff member we spoke to insisted the order was correct, despite our assurance otherwise. After some back and forth, they agreed to remake one dish but requested that we pick it up ourselves. Shortly after ending the call, they called back to request the return of the incorrect dish, implying we were attempting to scam them for a free meal. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, leading us to decide not to order from them again.

I had a fantastic takeout experience at this restaurant! They are always accommodating to my gluten, dairy, and egg-free dietary restrictions. The kung pao chicken is particularly delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly, making this an excellent takeout option in Horsham.

Very rude Chinese lady, told me to hang on then cut me off , I rang back, no apology and rude upsetting behaviour. Decided not to complete order, English gentlemen that used to answer phone sadly missed, won’t be using this take away anymore, shop definitely needs to review its basic set up or I guess they will lose all their customers not just me

The food is always of excellent quality and so tasty. We have never been disappointed and they are always consistent. Food is always ready at the time you order. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Superb value for money. Highly recommended.

We ordered a take-away for the family. The food was lovely and great value. We all loved the curry sauce (best in town). Will definitely be returning again.
