Rita's Italian Ice - Horseheads

Without a doubt, this is the best spot in the Elmira-Horseheads area for ice and Italian ice. In fact, it's the best place to get ice, period! I've tried the custard, a Mixini, and a Gelati so far, and I've loved each one! I find myself visiting Rita's every week to sample the latest ice flavors; there are so many delicious options to choose from. Plus, the staff is always friendly and helpful!

I’m the hood. Cash only and the serving size isn’t exact to the posted size chart that they claim but... it’s worth the money and risk of being being mugged for some great eating. Lock your doors and if you’re with your girl. Have her wait in the car and order for her as random men will hit on her and not order anything.
