Was not overloading her problem she overloaded me in comparison to advertised price

I went in and ordered the special and when I relized they over charged me I inquired, and got told Prices went up I said the sign says otherwise and that its false advertising, they said Not our problem

Placed an order for delivery and never came until we called and said they been waiting for someone to call about it. Not sure what happened but a phone should be a requirement or any order or if it was on there why did anyone call? Supposed to be lunch but ended up with dinner. Pizza was great!

I wish I could give this restaurant a 0-star rating. I used to be a loyal customer of Rico's, even before it relocated from the road near the Arnot Mall. However, the quality of both the service and the food has drastically declined. Tonight, I ordered a stromboli that was undercooked on the inside. I called to complain, and they offered me a partial refund. I insisted that the food was inedible and requested a replacement. After some arguing, they agreed to send me a new one. Unfortunately, the second stromboli was also undercooked and had significantly fewer toppings than the first one. When I called again, they told me to come back the next day for a refund as they were closed. I asked for the chef's name and number, but the manager was unable to provide it. I'm still waiting for a call back, but I doubt it will happen. I have decided that I will never order from this restaurant again. It is unfortunate that the staff do not know how to rectify their mistakes. I hope they find someone who can cook and prepare the food properly because Rico's used to be my favorite pizza place. What a disappointment.
