Mcdonald's - Horseheads

The journey went through and went in. I used the kiosk and my order was ready in less than 2 minutes! I have to go to the bathroom and back on the road faster than the ride through.

I would recommend, when training someone, don't leave them alone to deal with customers.... they need to learn the job, before having to do the job... not the poor kids fault.... he's new

Stopped through the drive-thru to get a coffee, but there was no answer at my intercom. Three cars in the other lane went through, so I just went to the window to order. The poor cashier looked a little tired and flustered. The coffee was good, though.

Staff was rude, but food was fine. Not the best McDonald's to go to in the area, I would recommend going to the McDonald's near the Arnot Mall, they're a bit more friendlier.

Come here if you want to be sent to a parking spot for 10 minutes only for them to screw up a simple order of a few cheeseburgers. Plenty of better places in the area, pick one of those.
