Horrible customer service and the boneless wings were dry

The people I dealt with were friendly and courteous, but I got shorted chicken and order was not right

The customer service is terrible. I had an employee hand up in my face about my order .

Order a 8 piece chicken , mashed potatoes,Mac and cheese. 2 of the pieces of chicken were red inside. Mash potatoes tasteless and watery awful. The two male employees came in from outside never wash their hands. Bad experience.

We did not even get to eat. We were in the drive through trying to decide what we wanted. There were no cars in the parking lot or drive through. We told the lady one moment that we were just deciding. The very unprofessional clerk told us we needed to come in to eat because there was a time limit on the drive through. Mind you, there was no one behind us or in the parking lot anywhere. We left and went to bojangles. Much better service there.
