Chipotle Mexican Grill - Horry

Worst Chipotle in the area. Staff is horrendous and have endless complaints.

I came in today with my ESA and the girl that served me seemed upset that I brought him in . She was very short with me and was stingy with the portions and she threw the cup in the bag and push the bag very rudely. I don’t know what her problem was because he is very well behaved and he is ESA certified . Idk maybe she was just having a bad day . The receipt said the name Guinevere . She has dark hair and piercings. She needs a better attitude :

They often out of something. Last time it was chicken, chips, and pico. This time they're out of guacamole. Enjoy the burritos but going to have to find a new spot. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot just to find out they're out of what you want very often

The location in Surfside Beach. Had a note on the door. Saying that they were out of multiple items. Drove 30 mins to the location in Conway S.C. they was starting to run out of items. So they started portioning out the food.

Wonderful and worth it! There was a line to get in, but it moved quickly. Staff was kind and helpful. Food was hot and fresh. Very tasty. Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels.
