Taco Bell - Hornell

I typically use the drive-thru and it is always clean, which is great! However, when I dine inside, I often notice sticky or messy counters and tables near the drinks are also messy. I'm not sure why it's like that, but a few tables by the doors are also messy. Overall, the restaurant is usually clean though!

I would give this restaurant 0 stars. I ordered fries at 6:20 tonight and they were soggy and cold. I sent my boyfriend in to get fresh fries, but 25 minutes later he came out empty-handed. Instead of replacing the fries, the staff decided to have a debate among themselves about whether they were fresh or not. When I asked for my money back, we were kicked out by the manager. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

Always friendly and courteous staff. Food is better prepared than most of the Taco Bells I've been to. Clean establishment. There can be a wait time and they run out of items fairly often however, I much rather eat here than the other fast food jointsin my area.

The workers are extremely slow. Despite there being only three cars in the drive-through, each car is waiting for 15-20 minutes. This is unacceptable.

Food was right but took 26 mins to get 3 tacos and a drink. Drive thru was flying through though. If you go here don't bother going inside you'll wait forever for your food.
