Good Intent - Hornchurch

This pub serves amazing food! Beautiful size components, sizzling hot, good quality and tasty. You also have a very varied menu and good offers throughout the week. I was only on a weekday lunch and the service was always friendly, great and fast.

Beautiful outdoor area under cover seating area with beautiful hanging baskets. At lunch. Beautiful two course options, very cheap. Good selection of beers. The staff was friendly and attentive. Only for me personally is that dogs are not welcome in the pub (but are outside). Will definitely return. Thank you.

I visited the good intention pub today for lunch with a friend, we were greeted in the bar by a very friendly young lady who told us that we could take a place where we wanted and order in the bar. We packed some drinks and found a nice table at the top of the restaurant. We order our food and it came within 20 minutes food was hot and tasty. We have decided to add this 100% to our list of places that will come in the future. 5 stars of both of us.

A great pub with ample seating inside and outside. There is even a covered outdoor area with lights for night use. I'll visit the two-week quiz on a Monday evening, which is always well visited and has a great host. A wide selection of dishes and drinks. I'd reconstruct the apple cake.

Good community pub, food good, only complaint is once the barmaid with the glasses goes home no one else can pour a pint of Guinness, watched a pint being poured last week, was like watching a lager being poured. Have to let it settle.
